Dear J,

You stand for many things. Today I think of justice. Having watched the Ruth Bader Ginsburg service, I see a woman who devoted her life to justice. She was steadfast and consistent in her journey for justice. I would like to be known for helping to seek justice in this world of jumbled chaos. Jubilate, a way of singing praise, is a path forward in a time of confusion. Joy and jubilation bring me from dark to light. Of late, there are times when I feel jumbled in my responses to our political world. I am brought back to my senses by the words ”Joyful, Joyful We Adore Thee,” the great hymn, reminding me of God’s love for me and this world.
