We are excited to share the third broadside of Postcard Poems! This series of four poetry broadsides, 5″x7″ each, is a collaboration between Visiting Writer Erin Dorney and the Adirondack Center for Writing as part of the Creatives Rebuild New York (CRNY) Artist Employment Program. About the writer

Laura Cordts was named “Class Poet” in 4th grade. Following a 45 year poetry hiatus, she returned to writing after retirement. Her work has been published in Blueline Magazine and Amethyst Review, with SLC Arts, and as part of the Adirondack Center for Writing’s Poem Village project (which is currently open for submissions!). Cordts lives in Hannawa Falls, NY, where she spends her days puttering around in the kitchen, garden, the woods, and on the page.

About the artist

Erin Dorney is a writer and artist based in Saranac Lake, NY. She is the author of many zines, an handful of artist’s books, and two collections of poetry. Her literary artwork and installations have been featured at the Center for Maine Contemporary Art, Hennepin Theatre Trust, the Minnesota Center for Book Arts, and Susquehanna Art Museum.
