A group of veterans interested in using the arts to heal. This group of veterans who get together at Zaloga, Post 4, Everett Road, Albany, NY and on Zoom/Hybrid every Friday mornings 8:00-10:00am for writing and 10:00am-12:00pm for the other arts.
They have craft kits from HHV.org; work on drama pieces, do creative writing – given prompts, some are writing for veterans voice magazine, we do movement, of course pick your art project and have some supplies. They are working on dance and music options. They are hoping to have art display and talent shows soon. The group also plans outings, and encourages any Veteran to join us if it interests you! Outings include kayaking, horses, and more. Do you live in capitial district or traveling distance.
